MAHSURI'S MOUSOLEUM To get to the site of Langkawi's most famous legend, head west from Kuah to Kampong Mawat, about 12 km away. Here lies the Makam Mahsuri (Mahsuri's Tomb), a white marble tomb in a shady garden. Inside the compound is a replica of a traditional Kedah house from the Mahsuri era. Nearby, the visitors' will be enthralled with souvenir stalls that do a roaring trade.
PADANG MATSIRAT (Field of Burnt Rice) This site is a former granary, which is just outside the airport. Soon after the death of Mahsuri, Langkawi was threatened by vicious attacks from the Siamese. The local village headman ordered the villagers to burn down the rice granary before it fell to the hands of the enemies. This has left a massive spread of blacked sand caused by the burnt rice. One can still find the burnt grain of rice in this field.
LANGKAWI BOOK VILLAGE A side-trip from Padang Matsirat can be to the Langkawi Book Village, the 12th of its kind in the world. Officially opened in 1997, the village is situated in a beautifully landscaped 50 ha site in Lubuk Semilang, 8 km from the airport. A collection of more than 50,000 books here would surely keep its visitors fully occupied.
UNDERWATER WORLD LANGKAWI Another logical stop is at Pantai Cenang. To get there, just return to the main coastal road from Makam Mahsuri and travel a further 8 km. Underwater World houses more than 5,000 species of fish and marine creatures in its aquarium. Take a 15-meter walk through a tampered clear glass tunnel to feast one's eye on the awesome sharks, giant turtles, stingrays, moray eels and giant groupers swooshing overhead. Adjoining to the aquarium is a duty-free shop and a restaurant. Just about 100 metres north from Underwater World Langkawi is the Rice Museum, which also has mini golf course.
LANGKAWI CROCODILE FARM From Pantai Kok, the main road heads to Datai, which offers splendid views of the jewel-blue Andaman Sea. The Temurun Waterfalls is located nearby. Langkawi Crocodile Farm, also in the Datai area, covers 8 hectares, and is home to more than 1,000 crocodiles. Among its attractions are the Feeding Pond, Species Pond, Breeding Pond, Show Pond (where man and reptile wrestle!), and Bridge-Over-Pond.
AIR HANGAT VILLAGE (Hot Water Village) After visiting the Crocodile Farm, travel east to get to Air Hangat Village (Hot Water Village), a hot spring-cum-cultural center. Besides having salty hot springs, the center offers opportunities to see batik painting, kuih (traditional cake) making, wood carving, and traditional games. And for weary travelers, a special traditional foot massage is offered. A theatre restaurant serves traditional Malay and Chinese cuisine, with traditional music and dances for entertainment. Souvenir stalls and a duty-free shop come in handy for every visitor here to bring some memoirs home. A small entrace fee of RM4.00 is charges per adult and RM2.00 per child.
GUA CERITA (Cave of Stories) Before reaching Air Hangat Village, the road intersects at the village of Padang Lalang. Turning left will take you to Tanjung Rhu, a bay lined with a profusion of casuarinas trees. Gua Cerita (Cave of Stories), on a promontory facing Tanjung Rhu, ahs ancient inscriptions that resemble the holy verses of the Quran. To reach the cave, visitors have to brave a thirty-minute boat ride from Tanjung Rhu. A wooden ladder leads into the mouth of the cave. Inside, there are also many stalagmites and stalactites.

Hello!!!.....hai back after 2day off working.Tapi aku tetap gi keje gak cuma bukan kat tempat keje hariann aku.....last sabtu lepas...aku kecewa kerna Card wedding member aku tak siap lagi coz...amoi tempat keje aku tu la lambat lak siapkan...tecnical problem...Adus.

Card dia ni lain ckit...but look normal...not to elegent...just lay green surface only...wait until it completely printed by amoi.....

Any way...nak ucapkan selamat bertunang kepada kakak sahabar member gue...kan taman melawati iaitu Fariza...kakak nye tu tak tau la name ape....tak ingat....and member bini aku yang dah lame akad nikah cuma kenduri nye je yang lambat ckit...coz suami nye ne keje tak tentu sama...la Org kate bukan saya kate...
